8th Annual Community Happy Hour

The Steele Girls, Ambitious Realty and Koi Restaurant invite you to their 8th Annual Community Happy Hour. This fantastic community event takes place on Saturday, November 25, featuring music by Rocketship 7 & Guests, silent auction & cash bar. All proceeds raised go directly toward Wellwood's Kids' Program. Click here to RSVP.

As an organization committed to inclusion, we especially wish to reach out to communities of colour, refugees and newcomers, as well as all persons who are living with a disability, identify as Indigenous, are of any gender and/or align with the 2SLQBTQIA+ community.

We acknowledge the privilege in providing Wellwood’s safe gathering spaces on lands that Indigenous peoples have called home for thousands of years. Chedoke Hospital, formerly on the grounds of our community site, provided tuberculosis treatment to 1,274 Inuit (many of whom were children) far from home, in what is now recognized as a forced, traumatic relocation. This is a promise to never forget the harm that was done.
